A typical coaching assignment includes the following initial steps:

I.   Client Intake

We conduct initial interviews with Executives and Managers to identify the performance issues and expectations for each executive-to-be-coached and establish guidelines for the coaching process. 

II.  Design the Alliance

We engage each coached executive in personal contracting to target desired leadership competencies and outcomes.

III.  Learn While Leading

We guide weekly coaching conversations to create action plans for improving leadership influence and effectiveness.

IV.  Getting It In Your Bones

We sustain desired leadership roles and self-coaching behaviors that reinforce new patterns of behavior.
